Welcome to 一目了然 (operated by Stock Summary, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

一目了然 provides market-related information, summaries, and optional alerts, including equity and ETF research views, tracked social sources, and multi-channel notifications (for example email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Telegram).

Content is for informational purposes only and is not investment, legal, or tax advice. Investing involves risk. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult licensed professionals where appropriate.

You may create an account after verifying a supported channel (such as email, Google, SMS, WhatsApp, or Telegram). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your contact details accurate.

If you register or receive codes/notifications by phone number, you represent that you control that number and consent to receive one-time passcodes for authentication and any service notifications you enable.

We may send SMS and WhatsApp messages through Twilio, Inc. or its affiliates for: (a) one-time verification codes when you sign up or sign in; and (b) service notifications you explicitly enable.

Message frequency varies based on your use and settings. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

You can reply STOP to opt out of marketing or notification SMS where that channel supports it, and HELP for help. Authentication codes are sent when you request sign-in or verification.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You will not: abuse or disrupt the service; attempt unauthorized access; use the service for unlawful, harassing, spam, or fraudulent activity; resell or abuse our APIs or automation; or violate applicable law or third-party terms.

The service software, branding, and original content are owned by Stock Summary or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal or internal purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that information is complete, accurate, or timely, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOCK SUMMARY AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page or by other reasonable notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
